B.P Apparel Wholesale Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all wholesale purchases made through B.P Apparel Wholesale’s website or direct ordering channels, adhering to U.S. commercial transaction standards and industry practices. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. No returns will be accepted after this period.
Merchandise must be in original salable condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable items include: custom-designed apparel, personalized products, clearance/sale items, and merchandise that has been altered, worn, or damaged by the buyer.
2. Return Authorization Process
Before returning any merchandise, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting our customer service team via email or phone.
Provide your order number, invoice copy, product details, and reason for return when applying for an RMA. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or accepted.
Once approved, you will receive a unique RMA number and return shipping instructions. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer packaging of the returned items.
3. Shipping & Handling for Returns
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking services for high-value shipments (items over $75 are recommended to use trackable shipping).
Original shipping and handling charges from the initial order are non-refundable under any circumstances.
B.P Apparel Wholesale is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during return shipping.
4. Refund & Credit Processing
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the total refund amount, to cover inspection, repackaging, and inventory restorage costs.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise (typically 3-5 business days), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
If the returned quantity reduces the original order to a lower discount tier, the original quantity discount will be adjusted accordingly, and the difference will be deducted from the refund.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged merchandise (verified upon delivery) or items that do not match the order specifications (e.g., wrong style, size, or color).
To request an exchange, follow the RMA application process and specify "exchange" as the reason. Exchanges are limited to the same product type, style, and value.
Additional shipping costs for exchanging items will be borne by the buyer, unless the exchange is due to our error.
6. Dispute Resolution
For any issues related to returns or refunds, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will work with you to resolve disputes in good faith.
In case of unresolved disputes, both parties shall adhere to the commercial laws of the state where B.P Apparel Wholesale is registered, with mediation as the first step for resolution.
